Myself and my travel partner dropped in on the off chance they had a table spare. They accommodated us graciously.
The atmosphere was Italian in style but combined with Japenese grace and elegance.
My buddy ordered a four cheese pizza and asked for the gorganzola to be omitted, this was handled with no fuss.
I had the pizza Diavollo which was beautifully cooked, both of us felt the Pizzas were as good as if not better than any decent pizza place in Italy.
We both had dessert, Berry Pannacotte for him and myself the Citrus Fruit Parfait. Both of them were presented beautifully and tasted fresh and fruity.
The service was really exceptional, whilst everyone here was polite, professional and polished. The young lady after us did so which such charm and elegance. Her ability to anticipate our needs never missed a moment. Our water glasses were never empty.
I overhead the family next to us causing some hassle, God knows why as the staff here didn't need to be hassled to provide fantastic service. They did it naturally.
This restaurant combines excellent Italian cuisine with Japenese hospilaty. I cannot think of any better...
Read moreWe had dinner there yesterday evening. It’s a little strange since it is also where you eat breakfast. The course dinner is ¥7800 which is reasonable if the food is good for a luxury hotel. It was very good and the service was too. When we struggled to ask a question they had someone come by who was mute fluent in English. The tuna tartar was very good and my red snapper as I chose fish was delicious. Other guests had the pork which they said was very good. We had a negroni, cosmopolitan, and a aperol spritz all were good drinks. The alcohol here is over priced though. The bread was focaccia and made here! Two of us did the upcharge pasta with lobster which was delicious and ¥1300 more however worth it since I love lobster. A wonderful meal and staff was very good and professional. The pizzas that went by looked very good too. A little loud since lots of big groups and families which didn’t take away from experience...
Read moreMy husband and I came here for my 29th birthday. We started the evening walking around the Motor Museum and enjoying a 5-course meal here after. It was absolutely perfect. To be able to watch the sunset with views overlooking Mount Fuji were 10/10. The food was amazing. The service was top notch. They truly made my birthday dinner one that I will never forget. We were not guests at the hotel and still felt welcome. So even if you’re not staying at the Hyatt, it’s still worth making the trip over for dinner!! Can’t wait...
