I am regular costumer of this branch. My family and i love the Pizza and most of the staff was approachable during our visit. Until recently, i ordered online delivery, and even paid +300 for priority. I didn't mind for time waiting, then i got a call asking if they could change the drink because the one that i ordered was unavailable, I quickly change the drink to the option they gave and told me that my order would arrive after 10mins, with their live gps. The live gps was working but the bike wasn't moving until it was inactive. waited for 1hour30mins it didn't arrived. called the store the next day, they gave me a refund. they apologize but without an explanation. the inconvenience they gave to their costumer with this kind of service is not acceptable. Shared my experience to some of my friends nearby and to my surprise, they had similar experience as well. Most branches in other countries would compensate to their costumers as for the inconvenience. But in Japan a simple refund and apology w/o explanation is all you got. I feel sorry for foreigners who can't complain via phone call because of the language barrier. What's happening to this Branch recently.
