日に2件目として寄らせていただきeチケットを初めて利用しました。100円(税込み110円)でアイスコーヒーtallが呑めるのはとても価値があると思います。席は今回、本、ノートPCを利用したかったので中央2名掛けの席へ、当然だが混みあえば騒がしい場所。窓際の1名席は好みだがデザイン上テーブルが低すぎる故に作業時は適さない。 ** 【アイスsパンプキンL】勝手なイメージでかぼちゃの味のドリンクかと思いましたが…ラテにパンプキンテイストを足されたようですね。『ショートサイズが丁度良く美味しい』ルーティンのドリップアイスコーヒーからたまには注文を変えてみるのも良し。小山も少しだけコンクリートジャングルの雰囲気がありますが、窓際、テラス向きの席はロケーションいいと感じました。店舗を替えても内容は変わらずに楽しめるのは大企業の強みですね🐑

【店番からすると古いけど店内は妙に新しめな感じ】 2022/11/12 14時ごろ訪問 栃木県は小山市にきておりますので 【行き方】 ・ほぼ自家用車ですね。ドライブスルー店でもありますし。 ・ただそれでも公共交通機関で来るというならば、小山駅からバスがありますね。なおら徒歩なら25分くらい。 【お店の雰囲気】 ・席数は50席くらいですかね。さらにテラス席は20席くらいかな。 ・典型的なドライブスルー店の店内レイアウト、構造ですね。 ・客層は土曜日でしたが、お勉強客。車で来ているのか自転車で来ているのか？どうなんでしょうね。 ・ところでたまたまなのか、空調が効いておらず妙に暑かったですね。

Very nice place and interior design and decoration and service also good. You can take out your orders. There are a lot of car parking available hear. I want there first time with my friend and we order coffee and they surf, but taste was not...

珍しく居心地の悪いスタバに当たった。スタバで気分が悪くなるなんてかなり珍しい。 まず店員の対応が悪い。最近の若い子にありがちだがこちらが注文を伝えてもハイなどの返事をしないので聞いてるのかどうかわからない。IDで支払うと言い準備された端末にタッチすると、対応がないですね。って最初からそう言ってくださいよあの人は何を操作したんだろう？ID使えるって一覧に書いてなかったし…

それから店員の私語が大きくて目立ってたのと、客に対する声のトーンが低いこと、ドリンクを作っていた店員の動きがガサツで扉の開閉の音がうるさいことなどとにかく客に配慮した対応ではなかった。接客に適した声のトーンや言葉遣い、所作というものがあるでしょう。

テーブルも隣と近くてゆっくりできる雰囲気じゃないが、幸い客が少なかったのでまだ良かった。初見でもこのスタバが人気がない理由がすぐにわかる。ドライブスルーはまだ普通に注文がありそうでしたが。

あとこれは書くか迷ったが店員達のルックスが悪い、ルックスが悪い上に態度まで悪いので客として気分が悪い、なぜスタバで採用されたのか不思議。全体的にかなりレベルの低いスタバ。 たぶんここの店長に問題があると思われるので本社が厳しくチェック...
