I love sushi and I have even eaten a lot of sushi in japan and this is the best sushi I have ever had in my life. Try the kawahagi. Not sure what it is but translucent and thinly cut and you wrap it around the liver. I used to be an urchin fisherman and this is fruity tangerine tasting Uni. My husband and I loved it here! The sushi was the best sushi we have ever eaten. The waitress was so kind and took the time to explain everything to us. Even the tea was phenomenal and I usually dislike tea.
