Because it is one of the few restaurants open early near Saga station, I recommend this place to get breakfast or brunch. The Panini here is good and I recommend the Loco Moco if you are here for lunch. Also you can try shaved ice in the style that they serve in Itoshima. This place is also a good place to get a late night bite or drinks. It is a good place to chill out for a bit, but it is kinda hard to hangout for awhile because the music is very loud.

We stayed at Fah hotel upstairs so we went to Rough a few times. We got to try most desserts and a few of the meal. Everything we have tried so far is delicious. I was actually pretty surprised at the taste and quality of the food and desserts. I would highly recommend...
