Sukiya Sagamihara Midorigaoka — Restaurant in Sagamihara

As usual, when I go to Sukiya I always buy a set of Cheese Gyuudon. And it's my first time trying to come to this restaurant when I make this comment. I always like Cheese Gyuudon. There's nothing wrong with the taste, and it's always delicious to eat at any time. The only difference is the service from the restaurant waiter himself. When I order cheese gyuudon, I always order to add more "つゆだく" sauce because I like gyuudon with a lot of tsuyu or sauce that fills the bowl. But on average, every time I order using a tablet at the table, the restaurant waiter always doesn't pay attention to my order. They always give me regular cheese gyuudon without adding the tsuyu sauce even though I have ordered it with tablets. That's why before I eat I always check the contents of the bowl, whether the tsuyu sauce was really added by the restaurant waiter. But I like it here because this is the first time I came and ordered cheese gyuudon by asking for additional "つゆだく" sauce, and when the waiter brought my food, I saw that my bowl contained gyuudon which was full of tsuyu sauce. Clean and quick, which is what you want from a gyudon (beef bowl) place. They usually have something interesting on the menu as a special for the month. My son likes that you can add and change the side items and I like that ordering is easy on their table side tablets. 皆さんも持ち帰り専用の機械使ったことはあるでしょうな。 そして、機械ではメニューはまだ在庫あるかどうかのシステムの存在も知ってるでしょうな？ あいにく、つい最近、店員がちゃんと点数把握してなく、機械で在庫なしの商品を購入させました。 店員は優しく返金の提案をしてくれましたが、私の仕事は多忙であるため、返金せずにただほかの購入した品を持ち帰りたいだけと提案しました。 100−200円ぐらい多めで払うだけでもきにしなかったですが、店員側では返金が必要と思うため、ずっと1時間待たせました。わたしが頼んだ、お金を払った牛丼を人質とされました。 その間、若い男の店員がほかの店員の前にかっこをつけたいため、返金を担当しようとしてただが、結局、チームの中で返金の仕方がわかる人がいなく、店長に電話しながら返金の操作しました。 かかった時間は1時間。 40分などころで、もしこれ以上に解決できない、そして私が頼んだ牛丼も渡してないままだと、そのまま、牛丼も取らずに2000円はらったままでかえようとしましたが、どうにか1時間内で解決できました。
