Super disappointed. My friend and I went today; you had a number for the wait line. Obviously we were the only African American females there. Everyone else got a menu while waiting but us, we had to ask for one. After waiting, ordering our food which was good; we ordered another meal to go… after paying they told us they did not have the containers for take out… so we ended up being refunded. I requested a manager to speak with because this makes no sense.. the waitress gave me a website to contact; no manager was in site or duty to address my concern. I was very disappointed today. We ate at around 17:25pm today. April April 27th,2024z. I realized that I left my black ON CLOUD BLACK cap (boshi) on the table. The staff did not even bother to return it. We called them twice and they said they did not see the cap. Pretty sure there is a cctv camera around.The staff on the phone was very unaccomodating. Cute little Hawaiian themed cafe. It's best to reserve before coming as they tend to be busy. The prices are reasonable and the serving size is big. Food is delicious.
