Friendly and courteous staff. Not too crowded even at regular mealtimes. Especially good value at breakfast time. Comfortable seats, too! I have had breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3.00am meals there. テイクアウトで味噌かつロース弁当注文しました。

家に帰り食べようと思ったら、味噌がかかってないし、別でついているわけでもない。

お店に電話をするも、数コール後に留守電

営業時間なのに留守電になる意味がわかりません。

1時間半後にやっと電話が繋がり、事情を話したところ、店員は渡しており、こちらがサッカー台に置いていったと言われました。

(どうやら、味噌は別だったようです。)

この時渡されたのは確かに、お弁当が入った袋だけでした。

味噌が入った袋が置いてあるのを店員も気づいていたそう。

対応として、後日味噌をとりに来ていただくか…と、言われました。

そんなことあります？ こちらは食べずに1時間半も電話繋がらなくて待ってたのに。

結局、電話から更に一時間後に新しいお弁当と味噌を届けてくれました。

元々、接客してきた店員も男性で、ありがとうございました。すら言わない。 感じ悪かったんですけどね。 結局冷め...
