I was quite not happy with the other cafe I went to today. Then I saw this cafe after and the rating was good. So, I went and ordered a carrot cake for takeout. It was packed carefully. The staffs were warm and friendly. A little narrow on the entrance but manageable. I ate at home. It was moist and creamy! Not much cream cheese but because of the softness and moist texture, I can eat the whole cake even without the frosting. There were carrot bits too. The sweetness is good. Overall it was a good cake. My taste buds are used to sweet cakes but this one passes my palate. I’d like to tryout their butterscotch next time.

Pumpkin seeds are a good texture and flavor accent. Brownie was more like a fudge than brownie. Tasty but not what I wanted. The interior is very very nice. For me it was annoying that in big was mentioned the price before tax. This should be forbidden.

千駄木のTAYORI BAKEさんのキャロットケーキを初めて食べて感動し、キャロットケーキに魅了され検索して辿り着きました。 こちらのお店は様々なキケーキやベイク系お菓子が楽しめるお店です。店内はアンティーク調でオシャレな雰囲気が漂い、オーナーさんが明るく丁寧な接客をしてくれます。 個人的にはキャロットケーキは決して不味くはありませんがスパイス感が物足りなく甘過ぎと感じました。 店内は静かな雰囲気漂うインテリアでとてもリラックスできる空間のカフェなので、ゆったりと珈琲を飲みながら寛げそうです。 次回はイートインでお邪魔してみたいです。

夫と2人で利用させて頂きました。 ①到着した際は店内1人もいなかったので入口付近にあるショーケースをみながらケーキを選んでいたら4人組のお客様が入ってきたので【注文はお席で】と言われ、奥の席まで案内されました。その4人組のお客様はそれぞれ入口で注文を済ませてから席へ案内されています。うちも着席後すぐに注文していますがあとから来た4人組の料理が先に届いていたのでモヤっとしました。入口が狭いので先に席まで案内するまでは理解できます。注文したものによって前後するのも仕方ないですが、到着した順に注文を受けてください。

②子供たちにお土産をと思い、空いてからショーケースを眺めていたら(写真を撮るつもりでしたがスマホを商品に向けたりカメラモードにはしていません)、【他のお客様が移ってしまうので写真はお席で】と言われました。 壁側に向けて他のお客様が映らないようにしてもダメですか？とお聞きしたら断れました。

お店の方針なら仕方ないと諦め、夫と別のお店でお土産を選ぼうと話していたら【持ち帰りを考えているのであれば写真いいですよ】と言われました。 どういうことですか？お店の方針がめちゃくちゃです。 ダメならダメで貫いてください。 そしてお席なら写真OKと言っていますが撮る角度によって他のお客様全然うつります。 そんなに他のお客様が映らないように配慮したいなら店内撮影NGにしてください。そしてわかりやすいように書いておいてくれたらこちらも写真撮ろうなんてしません。 お土産を買うなら撮影OKも納得いきません。 ※あとから他の方のクチコミを見ましたらもろショーケースをうつした写真もあります(こちらのクチコミ、食べログのクチコミ) ただただ嫌な気持ちでいっぱいでした。

頼んだのはキャロットケーキ、チョコ系のケーキ、ブラックコーヒー、カフェオレでした。 味は至って普通。キャロットケーキは若干パサパサしていました。

接客が最低でしたので二度と行きません。

駐車場もないので徒歩5ー7分離れたパーキングにとめて...
