Amazing Uyghur cuisine! And of course they serve halal food. Tried several items from their menu but lamb items were best ! Our favorite was lamb chops, lamb skewers and chicken momo skewers. But the polau and other items were also very good. Naan was a little dry but maybe this is how it's supposed to be. Nice and cozy place and service was also great! 埼大通り沿いにあるエスニックレストラン。ウイグル料理が食べられる少し珍しいお店です。料理の中心はスパイスで味付けされたラム肉です。

前々から行きたいと思っており、たまたまランチ営業をしていたため入店しました。基本は夜営業のようです。 初めてということで、お店おすすめのラグマンとラムのシシカバブを注文。ラグマンはラムの旨味と香味野菜の風味がおいしさのベースです。こう書くとかなりガッツリ系に聞こえますが、実際はとても胃に優しい料理だと思います。麺は店内で手作りされており、とてもモチモチでタレとよく合っていました。 ラグマンを食べ終わった頃にシシカバブが到着。少し提供まで時間がかかるようです。ラムは柔らかい上に臭みが少なく、とてもおいしかったです。そこにクミンを中心としたスパイスで食の進む味付けがなされており、2本で終わるのが少しもったいないと感じたくらいです。 今回注文した料理以外にも炒め物や水餃子、パイなど豊富なメニューがあり、そちらでもまた違う楽しみ方ができそうです。また、ラム肉が苦手な方用に鶏料理の用意もあるようです。
