Very homey cafe that makes very cute dishes and drinks. The hayashi rice is super cute and the tuna cheese sandwich that we ordered was not only cute but very delicious! It will take some time for the food and drinks to be decorated so make sure you have ample time when visiting. The menu is fully in Japanese and only accepts cash. They sell little trinkets as well. This cafe's menu is as delicious as it is cute, definitely...

If the place is full expect 45+ min wait time just to be seated (because everyone read their books / browse Instagram after they're done with their meals so rotations are slow, and there's only

Beautifully decorated interior and amazing coffee! The 3D latte art is a must. You can watch the barista making it in front of you and he speaks English as well.

カフェ・チョコッティーへ行ってみました。駐車場は、お店の横の細い路地を入った先の左側にあります（車4台程 収容可能です。）お店の入口 入ってすぐの所に 消毒液が置かれていて、 手指消毒してから案内された席へ進みます。店内には二人掛けのテーブルが４つあり、各テーブル 上にも手指消毒液が置かれています。レジの前や、隣席や 通路との間には 飛沫防止用アクリル板（パーティション）が設置されています。 店内では、飲食時以外のマスクの着用 や 最短時間でのご利用（お食事のご利用は2時間以内 ・お飲み物や アイスクリームのみのご利用は1時間以内）が求められています。 加えて、スタッフが ソーシャルディスタンス（Social Distance ）内に入ったら 静かにすることや身体に触れたゴミはゴミ箱（広告紙などを利用した手作り）へ捨てることが求められています。 空気清浄機やサーキュレーターを稼働していることや、お客さんが帰った後のテーブル周りを消毒液を使ってしっかり拭きあげることを含めて全般的に感染症拡大防止対策にしっかり取り組んでいる印象です。 飲み物の説明が絵本の中に写真付きで書かれていたり 、お店にYousei（ヨウセイ）が住んでいたり 、コンセプトや 内装はメルヘン調です。 トイレは、一旦 店の外へ出て 店舗 沿いに 右へ 小さなヨウセイの足跡を辿って、店の裏にある外階段を上って二つ目の扉の中に男女共用のものが１つあります。 今回は、造形的にも美しく可愛い 「黄色いクマさん（ オムライス ハヤシ）」をサラダ・ ドリンクセット（ドリンクはカフェラテ（ホット）を選択）で美味しく頂きました。 カフェラテ （ホット）には、素晴らしい フリーポアラテアート（Free Pour Latte Art）が施されていました。 会計時の支払いは、現金のみとなっています。
