It’s the first time to taste 越前蟹 at winter. I like the simple cooking method and freshness of the crabs. We reserved online for 2 crabs for each. It’s quite a large portion for 2 ppl. But you cannot choose 1 crab for 2ppl online. I like eating crabs, so I enjoyed the lunch so much. A unforgettable experience as the taste is really different from those crabs outside. Best on quality, some say this is Japan number 1 restaurant for crab which do not seems unreal. The level of freshness of these crabs and satisfaction is too hard to describe in words. 1kg male crab may be too much for some people, if they can offer more option for sharing during booking...

蟹の身が柔らかくて味が濃厚であり、超美味しいです。 店員さんが色々なことを教えてくれながら、蟹の身を一緒になって取ってくれるのが、とっても良い！ カニ味噌は、今まで食べたことない位の贅沢な量を堪能させていただきました。 正直なところ、価格がとても高いと思いますが、一度は食べに来たい素晴らしいお店です。 蟹→１杯　55,000円　で自宅に発送してもらえました。

The crab meat is tender, rich in flavor and super tasty. The waiter is very good about getting the crab meat together with you while he tells you all about it! We enjoyed the most extravagant amount of crabmeat we have ever had. Honestly, I think the prices are very high, but it is a wonderful place to come back to eat at least once.
