We have grill seafood today. First we pick our fresh lively seafood. Paid and wait to be seat. When our table is ready, seafood always prepare and ready to grill. You can also order other cooked dishes and sushi from the sushi restaurant.

Seafood is a bit pricy and price seems adjust according to how busy is the shop. We observed. They more ppl waiting in shop, crab price will increase…. Of course there could be quality reason, we aren’t 100% sure.

The most satisfying conveyor belt sushi I’ve ever had in Japan, and by the way, I have visited Japan 20+ times so far. The staff don’t speak any English but were very friendly and attentive. Price isn’t cheap but consider the food quality it has great value for money. バショウカジキやコショウダイなどの変わり種もあり、これらもきちんと寝かしているのか旨味がしっかりしていました 境港ならではの本マグロ（クロマグロ）、ズワイガニ、白いか（剣先イカ）はいわずもがな 琴浦サーモンは脂と旨味のバランスが良くてお気に入りになりました サービスで頂いた切り落とし軍艦も美味しかったです ありがとうございました！

某ローカル回転寿司は、店舗によっては子供向けのドリンクがコーラとオレンジジュースしかなかったので色々なドリンクがあるのもよかったです（写真はブルーハワイとホワイトウォーターソーダのノンアルカクテル） メニューやサービスを含め何だか子供に優しい感じがします またあちらは現金会計のみですが、こっちはカードが使えます

これは好みの問題なのですが、酢飯が鯛などの淡白な魚に対してはちょっと強めに感じました 逆にマグロのような赤身の魚に対してはベストマッチです
