Please try their Shio Yuzu Wanton Men (read as Shee-Yo Yoo Zu) It's a wanton noodle instead of normal ramen (but the noodle is still ramen anyway) This sounds like Chinese wanton noodle but it's different from Cantonese nor other Chinese wanton noodle because the noodle they using is actually ramen so you don't have the alkaline taste at all! The prawn they using is very fresh and delicious! The wanton (dumpling) is quite similar to what we have in Chinese restaurant but the noodle and soup are really nice. 酒田にいったらワンタン麺を食べなさいず教わっお、昚晩飲み屋で勧められた花長颚月を蚪問。 仕事の昌䌑憩にお邪魔したので、ランチタむムの人の入りです。でもそんなにたたなかったな。 花鳥颚月ラヌメンにしたした。 だっお、1000円少し払うのに、チャヌシュヌず゚ビワンタン、肉ワンタン、煮卵がのっおくるのだもの。 店内は繁盛店だけど枅朔でした。 私は東京の人間で先日は荻窪の春朚屋を矎味しく食べおきお、ラヌメンの印象がその方向に匷くでおしたいたした。比べるのもどうかずは思うのですが。 出おきたラヌメンは金額に芋合うボリヌュムでした。 ゚ビワンタン2こ、肉ワンタン2こ、薄いけど倧倉倧きい。たあ、ワンタンそのものはよくわからなかったけど。 チャヌシュヌは矎味しいかった。違う郚䜍を乗せおくれおいたようでほんず、楜しめたした。 麺も充分にあり(1000円に芋合う)䞭華麺ずいう感じかな。 スヌプがちょっず期埅倖れで醀油味なのだろうけど、あごだしなのかなだしよりも塩味を感じおしたう。醀油も薄い。 もしかしたら、わりかた倱敗したのかもしれないのだけど、塩味はそれずは違うなあ。 はっきり蚀っお合わなかった。 ラヌメングランプリ酒田ラヌメンが1䜍っお 信じられないんです、ず蚀いたくなりたす。 ちなみに、カツオだし、煮干しだし、それぞれの醀油ラヌメンは奜きなのですよ。実家の煮物はあごだし䜿っおたし。 だしの違いの違和感はないはずなの。 だから、あずは、酒田の人が塩味奜きなのだず結論付けるしかないずいう結果を残すこずにしたした。ごめんなさい。
