Experiencing this kappo meal is an absolutely delight! The chef is deliberate in giving you the best time. He patiently explains the dishes and answers your questions. Never once does he rush from one course to the next.
The chef cooks with special ingredients, many of which are local to Hokkaido. He uses seasonal items and applies traditional methods, but adds just the right amount of touch to make each dish his own. The flavors are rich but not overwhelming, and transitions between courses are smooth and never jarring or noisy. You just get in a flow state of eating.
The presentation will incorporate the chef’s aesthetic which is very tasteful and a little playful. You will get to experience the food visually, in addition to tasting them.
The drink menu is comprehensive and includes good non alcoholic options if you drive to the restaurant. Parking is just a block away and very convenient.
