I needed to edit my original review because I visited for a second time and these are the best fluffy pancakes I've had in Hokkaido. The balance is fantastic for those who do not enjoy overly soft fluffy pancakes that melt into the toppings. I was beginning to get tired of fluffy pancakes but this place made me enjoy them again!!
