Boulangerie Paume — Restaurant in Sapporo

I was glad to see Paume is still open as I have been away for more than 2 years. When I lived in Shinkawa I was a regular customer and enjoyed the top quality products and friendly service. Maybe the comments about rude service come from customers who shuffle round the shop,keeping people waiting outside,and take an age to pick 2 or 3 small items. If I worked there I would glower at them as well!! Keep up the good work...

I’d put this as the best cafe in all of Sapporo. The pastries, the service, the charm. Ended up going here almost everyday in my last visit. Loved the flaky croissants and pain au chocolat. The place is unassuming and quite easy to miss, it sits about two tables in one time so best...

以前は南3条店で購入していたのですが、お店には、なんと、閉店の張り紙が…。いつか行きたいと思いつつ、土地勘がなく躊躇っていた本店へ、初めて向かいました。 JR新川駅から徒歩10分、最初は辿り着けるか不安になりましたが、最後の角を曲がって茶色の旗が見えた時は安心しました！ ふわふわ系、食事系、デニッシュ系、ハード系、全部本当に美味しいので、まずは普段自分が選ぶような好きなパンを食べてみてほしいです。私は特に、ハード系の、ナッツやドライフルーツがごろごろ沢山入っているものが好きで毎回購入します！ また、スタッフさんの声かけなどから、商品を大切にしている気持ちが伝わってきて温かい気持ちになります。商品も接客も、札幌でいちばん好きなパン屋さんです。 マルヤマクラスでも販売しているようですが、やっぱり実店舗の焼き立てで種類豊富な中から選びたくなっちゃい...
