I've eaten lots of ramen—the miso ramen here is the best ramen I've ever eaten in my life. There is magic in the broth, a depth of pork and char and umami that I've never tasted in another dashi. The chashu pork is unbelievably tender and tasty—if the rest of the ramen sucked, the pork itself would be redeeming enough for a 5-star review.
