I've eaten lots of ramen—the miso ramen here is the best ramen I've ever eaten in my life. There is magic in the broth, a depth of pork and char and umami that I've never tasted in another dashi. The chashu pork is unbelievably tender and tasty—if the rest of the ramen sucked, the pork itself would be redeeming enough for a 5-star review.

A relaxed diner which my family came to eat at during our holiday in Sapporo. The ramen was very, very good. Their signature ramen had a wok hei taste you would typically associate with high heat wok dishes. My wife had the shrimp ramen, which was equally delightful.
