As a shaved ice enthusiast, I must say that while their ice isn’t quite at the level of "ultimate fluffiness," it strikes a wonderful balance—it’s soft yet retains the satisfying texture of properly shaved ice.

The sake flavour and condensed milk was a pleasant surprise! Mother Rich is light on the condensed milk, but the milk and sake flavour came out nicely .

変わりどころで、酒粕練乳ハスカップ（900円）と、オプションで、栃木県・日光の氷（＋300円）を、注文。8分位で、山盛りかき氷が、到着！酒粕と、練乳の以外な調合により、甘すぎず、日光の氷が、口で滞在せずに、ふわりと、ミネラルだけが、舌の奥へ溶け込んで、食べているうちに、頭がキ〜ンと、痛くならずに（自然に出来た、氷の温度が高い為）、異世界へと、導かれます。（笑） それでいて、酒粕練乳を、下に溜まった、自家製ハスカップソースと、混ぜ合わせると、相性抜群で、美味であります…

尚、蘭島や定山渓にも、上質な、かき氷屋さんがありますが（その他にも、あるらしいですが、世間体を考えて）、この近辺は、土地柄上、駐車場はなく、路駐は、世知辛い、世の中なので、ジョイフィット、病院、BIG...
