Ramentakanotsume Nangoten — Restaurant in Sapporo

My family is vegetarian, so I had a difficult time finding an ramen restaurant that meets their needs. The vegan ramen is DELICIOUS. Excellent soup base, plenty of ramen noodles (cooked perfectly) and some vegetables. I'm sure the other options are good too, I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend for anyone looking for vegetarian ramen options in Sapporo.

For the atmosphere, the air circulation isn't good (am a bit concerned about long term health of employees from breathing in the kitchen cooking fumes) and there's no AC so we were sweating in the restaurant as we were eating. Service was good, employees were kind and helpful and attentive !

龍の雫(１ランク上の醤油ラーメン 他にも醤油の種類有)の大盛を頂きました。マスクを外すと、上品な醤油と節系の香りがフワッと立ち昇り食欲全開モードに。スープは少々オイリーで力強いのだけど、荒々しくなく深みがあって美味しい。麺は旭川っぽいけど、丘珠空港近くの山家にも似てるかなと思いました(滝川が本店てのも関係あるのかも)。チャーシューはホロホロしてて美味しかったけど、流石にもう少し厚みが欲しいところ…　完飲完食しました。次回は龍の極(味噌ラーメン)を頂きます。こちらもとても美味しそうで今回どちらにしようか迷いました。店内は清潔でジャズが流れていてモダンな感じ。店員さんの接客・応対も良かったです。

I visited ramen-shop of "Takanotsume", famous for Asahikawa Ramen! I ordered a large bowl size of "Ryu no Shizuku" (a higher grade of soy sauce ramen, other types of soy sauce are also available).As soon as I took off my mask, I could savory smell the elegant aroma of soy sauce and seafood-based soup, and couldn't control my appetite and excitement.. The soup taste was a little oily and strong, but it was not rough and had depth and delicious. The noodles were very Asahikawa ramen-like, but I thought they were similar to those of ramen-shop "Yamaya" near the Okadama Airport (Maybe it's because Takikawa City is the head office and close to Asahikawa City).The chashu (pork chashu) was nice and fluffy, but the chashu should be thicker.... I ate all the soup and noodles... very satisfied. Next time, I will order Ryu no Kiwami (Kyoku? miso ramen). This one also looked very tasty and I couldn't decide which one to get this time. This ramen shop is clean and has a modern feel with jazz BGM. The ramen chef were very friendly and helpful. This ramen-shop is a good choice for Asian and Vegans. You should try it when the new coronavirus...

I tried the special miso ramen. The broth was delicious, and the pork was super soft. I prefer the noodles to be softer than they had, but i think that's a personal choice. The cook was friendly...
