Ate the miso Ramen stacked with plenty of big pieces of pork. The broth was moderate with a prominent taste of bean sprouts (moyashi). The noodles were firm and just the right amount for the price. The pork was surprisingly tender and broke up easily despite looking dry, not a particularly flavorful cut but average. The portions are quite generous.

Also had the fried rice which came with a small bowl of wakame soup (seaweed, onion and dashi). The soup itself was very light. The rice was surprisingly light on vegetables (light specks of green onions) and charsiu and was quite salty. It was evident rock salt was used as some grains didn't get fully blended. Plenty of eggs used though.

Some Ramen places only have a container of pepper or chili powder along with hot sauce and vinegar for gyoza. I suppose a bit of soy sauce would accompany the gyoza dish but I didn't order it so I wouldn't know. However I was quite happy they had garlic as a...

Came here at 2 pm on a Monday and after a relatively short wait we were led to a table for the two of us. The space is relatively small, with counter seating and a few tables. The staff were polite but not really able to give us much attention outside of bringing water and taking our order before hurriedly waiting on a new customer in line. I had the spicy miso ramen and my wife had the "sapporo" butter miso ramen. My ramen was delicious, though it came with small pieces of pork instead of the usual chashu that I tend to expect with ramen. It was topped with green onion and what I believe was sliced cabbage, which lent a satisfying crunch to the dish. The noodles were perfect, and the broth was spiced in a way that warmed my mouth without overpowering the other flavors. I would recommend this restaurant if you want decent quality ramen for an...

Extremely poor experience, racist restaurants dont recommend. My daughter, husband and i dined here and the bean sprout given to all 3 of our ramen were full of rotting bean sprouts. I observed the Japanese customers on the table next to us and theirs were not like that. Furthermore my 4 year old was talking a bit louder and the restaurant rudely asked her to be quiet. They also conveniently gave us 3 ramens despite my husband only asking for 2. I have been to Japan 4 times and this is clearly the worst restaurant in all of Japan, atypical of...

Had a bit of wait as we were a party of three but that is expected in the middle of Sapporo Station. I ordered the famous Sapporo Ramen and the ramen itself was huge and it was very filling and tasty, although not as good as what I had had 6 years ago, it still did taste pretty good and was really cheap!
