土日のディナーで利用しました。ローストビーフ&ローストポークが美味しい！いつもたくさん食べます（笑）でも今日はローストポークのほうが美味しかったです。いつもは美味しいローストビーフですが、今回は食感が微妙でちょっと残念でした。次回に期待です。 とても久しぶりに白玉につぶあんを乗せて食べると、これまた美味しい。いつもは食べないものも、ちょこっと食べられるのがブッフェの醍醐味ですよね(*^^*) 個人的には、大好きなほうれん草の胡麻和えがたくさん食べられるのが嬉しいです（笑） 天ぷらのエビが無くなったのはちょっと悲しいけれど、仕方ないのかな……。お寿司のサーモンは必ず食べます！！頼んでから握ってくれるのも嬉しいですね。 ドリンクバーも種類豊富で、紅茶のフレーバーが色々あります。あとは野菜と果物のジュース、はちみつレモン、黒烏龍茶などなど好きな飲み物がいっぱい。欲を言えば、ココアや〇〇ラテ系も増えると幸せです（笑） 子どもたちも、大好きなピザやハンバーグ、お魚などがあってたくさん食べてくれました。 3歳までは無料なのも嬉しいです！気分で食べたり食べなかったりするお年頃で、食べなかったのにお金がかかった……という微妙な気持ちにならなくて済みます。 4歳〜未就学児は500円ちょっとかかるそうですが、デザートいっぱい食べるのでちょうどいい料金だと思います（笑） スタッフさんも子どもたちのことをニコニコ見守ってくれて、居心地がとてもいいです。 高層階で広々とした窓があり、開放感のある空間です。窓側の席だといい景色も見られます。夜のデートなら最高の気分になれそうな雰囲気です。子連れだと、子どもたちが車を探したり景色を楽しんで暇つぶししたりしています（笑）

At more than ¥4,000 per person (with (soft) drink bar), we were hoping for much better quality food and more options. While the make-your-own waffles were good and the steak and Xiaolongbao were ok, the rest of the food on offer was bad. The paella was, quite literally, disgusting and the sushi was of poor quality. Drink bar options are akin to what you will find at Denny’s, etc. The view of downtown Sapporo is one of the few highlights and the service was fine. Other than that, I struggle to find other redeeming qualities.

Worst experience. It's like dining in a food court. Food quality did not justify the price paid. Taste bland. Food prepared ahead. Not warm on the serving trays. Some trays were near empty. Customers need to present a card for collection of food items from the counters, even a small piece of castella cake. Dim sums were ordered to steam but you need to collect the food from staff after the bell rang. Tea collection available was not bad but the tea leaves did not match the label printed. Disappointed.

2022.01.02訪店 正月の特別メニュー、時間帯とのこと。 夕方５時半ごろ、待機列に入って１０分もしないうちに筆者の後ろには２０名近くが並んでいて驚いた。下手したら利用しなかったかも。 フロアの半分くらいはソコソコ眺めの良い席になっていて、そのうちのひとつに通された。すすきのに向かう通りが見通せた。 各々のメニューは温度管理も出来ていて美味しそうである。 筆者のような年輩の者が炭水化物を避けつつたらふく食べようとすると、ピザやケーキは忌避対象となるが。 ハンバーグ、唐揚げ、シーフードサラダを適当にローテーションしつつ、寿司も頼んでみた。 寿司カードを提示して、５貫まで注文可能。サバ、サーモン、マグロ、いか、玉子、エビ、タコなどが選べる。 都度作ってくれて、シャリも温かく、追加料金２９０円相当ならなかなか良い。 デザートの品揃えも結構あって、一口サイズなのでなんだか容器が積み上がって申し訳無い感じだった。 ５００円追加でローストビーフが食べれるようだが、他の客が取ったモノを見る限り、３回(３皿？)以上食べれないならムダなオプションだろう。 ピザが数種類並んでいるのは多少華やかさを感じるが、それを１切れずつ食べれば、並みの人はお腹いっぱいではなかろうか。 ドリンクバーが集約されていて、時々込み合っていた。コカ・コーラのあのサーバーは分からないヒトには分からないし、２台設置しといてほしい。スノコの下に飲料が落ちると、トレーだけで受けているようだ。あれはすぐに水浸しになるので排水経路、タンクを着けて欲しい あとここに限らないが、鶏肉を唐辛子で辛くしたものやチーズを絡めたモノを出して安易に○国フェアとかやらないで欲しい。食欲が失せる。国がどうとかよりも、料理に対して失礼である。

Convenient, variety, economical and 👍food. Moreover, seating is spacious and the view can be quite scenic with its big ceiling to floor windows. Has a 2 hour free parking if your bill's over ¥2000 for those that have cars.
