We were a little confused as to how things worked so I'll try to simplify it. You pick your dish and drink from the vending machine. Pay the machine and take your ticket. Let the guy know how many seats you need. Then you wait. There were only 8 seats in the whole place. In spite of the line we did not wait long. When he summons you give him your tickets. He will seat you and the food will come out shortly. Enjoy! They will serve you water. We also bought a can of beer each at the ordering machine...beer was way at the bottom.
