余り目立たない場所にあり、車で行けばウッカリ通り過ぎてしまう感じ。なのに、お客さんで賑わうお店。 店内は広くは無いが、周りは余り気にならない親切レイアウト。 しかも完全禁煙で非喫煙者に優しい。 名前の通りハンバーグ屋さん。 なのにデザートの種類があり、本格的なこだわり。 食材は地産地消にこだわり、長崎和牛や期間限定で佐世保産レモンを使用したソース等も登場。 メインのハンバーグは、文句無しの絶品で個人的には、この辺りでナンバーワン。 しっかり火が通してあるのに、しっとり柔らか、なのにジューシーふんわり。 ハンバーグに有りがちな肉の臭みは無く、優しい肉の旨味がシッカリ。 ソースの種類も豊富で、毎回悩むくらい(笑) お好みの味がきっとある。 このクオリティーで、値段は安い。 ハンバーグのサイズは基本『150g or...
