The salad was worth it, it looked esthetically pleasing, and the portion size was good. The desert was a miss, while I enjoyed the quality of the ice cream and how well it was decorated and plated, the matcha cake was somewhere between hard and soft, while the taste was ok, minus points on textures.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the sasebo area. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. The food is always good and I usually go with the Margarita Pizza that is a brick oven made. A strong recommendation for anybody visiting or in the area. It is located in an industrial area which might throw some people off but...

以前から気になっていたお店だったのですが、 今回やっとこ行く事ができました。

お店に着いてまず目を引くのが、 店の前に【野菜工場】がある事(´⊙ω⊙`) どうやらサラダの葉物とかイタリア料理には欠かせないハーブを自家栽培しているようです。 実物見るのは初めてだけど凄いなぁ。

店内は華美な装飾のない落ち着いた雰囲気。

ピザとか時間掛かりそうなメニューが注文から出てくるまで割と早かったので、チと驚きました。

今回、季節メニューっぽい【秋刀魚と博多スギタケの和風ペペロンチーノ大根おろし乗せ】（名前長っ(^◇^;)）と微妙に地雷臭のするメニューを注文してみたのですが、 予想に反してこれが美味しい！！(´∀｀) 秋刀魚とペペロンチーノがこんなに合うなんて(・・;) 大根おろしと大葉のサッパリ感もあって、 秋刀魚の脂とオリーブオイルで見た目結構オイリーな感じなのに後味もサッパリ。

これコスパ的にも良さそうなので家ごはんでちょっとマネしようかと企んでしまいますw

ピザも適度なサクサク感と割と大き目なサイズで出てくるので何人かでシェアして食べると良い感じでした。 味は普通に美味しかったですよ(´∀｀)

サラダは野菜もですが、 ドレッシングがとても美味しかったです。 酸味の無い塩系の味のドレッシングだったのですが、 このドレッシングだけで野菜サラダがメインのおかずになりそうな味。 このドレッシング欲しいかも(´∀｀)

季節毎にメニューが変わってるみたいですが、 秋刀魚パスタのお陰で他のメニューも食べてみたいと思いました。

お値段もそこまで高くは無いと思うので、 ランチで迷ったら行ってみる価値はある...
