2023.02.18 Drawn in by the chai milk tea, it looked inconspicuous on the menu but turned out to be the best chai milk tea I’ve had in Japan. The cake was above average. The waitresses are also extremely polite and really nice looking. The shop manager however was a little older and less elegant in her mannerism. I observed her being a menacing nuisance ordering the others around and providing less than immaculate service to all customers she handled in the restaurant. Thumbs down for her. The pasta served to the table next to where I was certainly looked more appetizing than the one I was served in the HARBS. Overall I’d say if you want a drink, give HARBS a miss, but if you want a cake, go to them….

The place is very clean and the staffs are friendly. So far, this place offers the best foods and beverages in town. I went home with a very happy tummy.
