Starbucks Coffee - S-PAL Sendai Main Building — Restaurant in Sendai

Xenaphobic staff. I was having a morning coffee, I was actually drinking my coffee and set my cup down and a member of staff told me to put my mask on. Meanwhile at least 6 other (Japanese) people were sitting around for extended periods with no masks on. A couple were talking loudly with no food or drink- and wearing no mask. The other 4 were sitting there on their phones, writing, coughing etc with no mask on. This member of staff saw them but didn’t ask them to put their mask on. Why only instruct the foreigner who was literally drinking coffee to put their mask on? Then allow the Japanese people to sit for extended periods of time with no mask? To be clear I’m very cautious and careful in regards to COVID safety, because I myself am classed as vulnerable. And I try to always comply with venue safety measures.
