東北大学病院のすぐ近くにある和食屋さんです。 今回は、夜定食メニューから 「厚切り牛たん炭火焼定食 ¥2400」 を注文しました。 果物のミニデザート付きです。 牛たんはひと口大にカットされ、厚みはありますが柔らかく食べやすいかと。 牛たんはもちろん、テールスープ、前菜のおひたしでさえも美味しいです。 接客も丁寧で気持ちの良いものでした。 ちなみに・・・ やや高めの値段とも思いましたが、最近ではこれが普通なのかもしれません。

牛タン定食・インカのめざめのバター焼き・タンシチューを注文。

牛タン定食の牛タンは一口サイズにカットされており、とても食べやすく、ジューシーで美味しかったです。 また、一緒に盛られていた白菜の漬物も唐辛子の味噌漬け？も付け合せとは思えないほど美味しく、ご飯が止まりませんでした。 テールスープの塩気もちょうど良く、出汁がしっかりと出ていて、テール肉もホロホロとした食感で締めでもご飯の汁物でも美味しく食べられます！

インカのめざめのバター焼きはお芋の甘さにバターの塩気で、いくらでも食べられそうです。

タンシチューはタンだけでなく、野菜もとても柔らかく煮込んであり、そのままでもご飯と合わせても美味しかったです。 また、シチューの上に大葉の刻んだものが散らしてあり、洋食に大葉が合うという衝撃を受けました。
