Ramen Issei — Restaurant in Sendai

Access: 4/5 It's a tiny place with no parking, but that's just how it is in these parts. Hours are standard, and it's close to Kita-Yobanchō Station. It's small enough that you won't find it if you're not looking for it.

Food: 3/5 I had the shoyu ramen. The noodles were chuuka-style (yellow and a bit gummy) and the broth was tasty. Only had one thin slice of pork, though, and I wasn't a fan of the menma.

Customer Experience: 3/5 The inside is a bit uncomfortably warm. Wouldn't want to come here in the summer. It's run by a single chef, with limited counter seating. Wait time for food was reasonable.

Pricing: 3/5 For what you get, I think the prices are just okay. ¥850 for a moderately sized bowl of standard ramen isn't bad, but it's not...

Ene de la restoracio estas L-forma vendotablo. Unuavide, la posedanto ŝajnas timiga, sed li estas tre ĝentila kaj atenta en sia konversacio. 仕事で当地を訪れた際に平日、ランチ利用。13時少し前で前客ゼロと空いていました。 この日は辛味噌ラーメンを頂きました。930円也。 味噌味しっかりで辛みも良い感じのスープ。麺は森住製麺の黄色い中太縮れ麺でいかにも味噌ラーメンらしい麺。茹で加減も良くとても美味しいです。 野菜も炒め加減良くとても香ばしくて美味しいです。 総じて、最近食べた味噌ラーメンの中でもトップランクです！ 券売機が故障していて口頭注文、現金払いだったこともあり、トッピングとかが判らなかったのですが、味玉とかチャーシュー増しがあればそれらも頼んでみたかった…と思います。 難点はお店が割合暑い事。この日は外気温が35度くらいの日だったので、もう少し涼しい方が有難いです。 あとは、イスが固定なのは良いのですが、背もたれがあるので窮屈感が否めません。 この界隈にはよく来るので、また訪問させて頂きます！ 美...
