ランチでお伺いしました。 上杉の路地を入ってすぐですが、丁度いい感じで隠れ家感がありつつ温かみのある店内 、宮城県各地の食器や家具など地元愛を感じられ、柔らかくも気の利いたサービスとまたシェフの人柄がよくわかる優しくも洗練された味わいの料理の数々に心温まるお時間をいただきました。

まだオープンしたばかりなのでこれからさらに素晴らしいお店へと成長していくこと間違いなしです。 また宮城に素晴らしいフレンチレストランができてとても嬉しく思いました。

オープンしてから割とすぐランチとディナーに行ってきました♪

熊谷シェフの作る至高の料理の数々を一言で例えるなら交響曲(シンフォニー)。

一つのお皿に様々な食材を使用し、味わいはもちろんのこと食感の違いなどその絶妙なバランスの妙が、他では味わえない交響曲として作品となっているところに凄みを感じます。

またランチはノンアルコールのペアリングでしたが、どれも衝撃の美味しさでお酒が飲めなくても大満足でした。
