土曜の昼に訪問。 今まで行ったことのあるサイゼで一番悪い店だと思う。

まず、客層が他の店舗より年齢層が低い。 とにかく小さな子どもから小学生が多い。 大部分がキッズルームかと思うくらい。 それはしょうがないとしても、子供だけでの来店も多く、慣れてる印象だけども3人でドリンク飲んでて「あれ、ドリンクバー2個しか頼んでない…。まぁ良いか」とかの会話が隣から聞こえて来る。保護者が居ない状況を許してるのもどうしようも無いのかな。

客層はともかく、客の多さに対して店員の手が全然足りて無い印象。 しかも、新人なのかな？...

接客が悪すぎてとても残念でした。

日曜の昼すぎにお邪魔しました。家族連れが多かったですが、そこまで混んではいませんでした。

簡単なパスタ２品とミラノ風ドリア、デザートにプリンを注文しましたが、30分近く待ちました。

学生バイトさんが多かったようですが，店員の皆さん目が死んでいて、ダラダラしていて、投げやりな接客でした。とくに社員さんぽいシ○ドさんという細身の女性は、慣れているのでしょうが口調が冷たく、毎回吐き捨てるように去っていきます笑。時々目が合うととても怖かったです。そんなに仕事がつまらないなら辞めれば？？

壁に飛び跳ねたソースなどの汚れがそのままなのも汚かったですし、退店後の席はどの席もずっとそのままでした。お店の都合もあるでしょうから、直ぐに片付けろとは言いませんが，食べ終わりの汚い食器がそこらじゅう置きっぱなしの店内で食べるのは、ちょっと気持ちの良いものでは無いですよね。

メニューの総入れ替え後、以前のメニューよりも確実に料理の味も質も落ちたのに，接客もアレでは，申し訳ないですが、何も誉めるべきところがないです。
