McDonald's — Restaurant in Shiojiri

Whenever I see 2 or more cars in the drive-thru, I know it will always take 30 minutes or more. Also, you always have to wait to give your order at the speaker. When you can order, they speak very quickly and are difficult to hear clearly.

It feels like there is a low sense of urgency to take customer orders. I have left the queue multiple times without ordering because the wait is too long.

Once I actually order, the wait time is fairly short; it would be good if they could handle more than one order at a time.

The food itself is fine, but the fries are sometimes too salty.

Please get more employees for nights...

Fast service and it was warm and tasty. I went there for breakfast and if you are hungry, I definitely recommend the Big Breakfast set, which includes a sausage muffin sandwich, pancakes and a drink. この店の従業員は最低な人だらけ。 １、チキンフィレオを頼んだら、いつ揚げたのかわからないぐらいチキンが固くて噛めなかった。夜8時ぐらいに買うと、いつも固い。 2、シャカシャカポテトを頼んだら、ポテトしか入ってなく、味付けの粉が入ってない。電話したら、『今からお届けします』と言われた。お店から家まで10分の距離なのに、来たのは1時間後。当然、ポテトは冷めておいしくないのに、粉しか持ってこないから、無駄なお金と時間だった。 3、シェイクを頼んだら、ストローが入ってない。電話したら、『本当に入ってないのか？ちゃんと見たか？』と言われた。一言も謝罪がない。まず、謝るべきじゃないのか。 4、ダブルチーズバーガーを頼んだら、チーズバーガーが入っていた。 電話したら、『お客さんのいい間違いじゃないのか？』と言われた。レシートを見たらちゃんとダブルチーズバーガーで打たれていた。その事を言ったら、『同じチーズならいいでしょ』と言われた。さすがにムカついたから、お店に直接文句を言いに行った。 けど、謝罪や返金もない。詐欺だ...
