Amazing food. Period.✨️ I don't really enjoy eating grilled eel due to my bad memory of when I was young. But this place literally made me shout "so delicious". Seriously if I'm visiting Shizuoka again later that's when I'm visiting to eat this grilled eel rice again.😊 Oh I think normally there's waiting or need to make reservation. 開店当初から何度も通っております。 最近はとても繁盛されていて、こちらも嬉しい気持ちでおりました。

毎回、電話予約をした際に併せて注文をして伺っております。

予約時間ちょうどに伺い、案内された席には既に商品が並べられていました。

こんなことは初めてでした。

嫌な予感がしましたが案の定、既に冷めている鰻重、肝吸いもぬるい。

回転を意識するのはお店として当然かと思います。ですが、これはそれ以前の問題。 とても寂しい気持ちになりました。

私はお弁当をお店に食べに来た訳ではありません。

もちろん今回の件について、こちらが予約時間を大幅に遅れて来店したわけでもありません。 時間通りに伺いました。

このような対応をとられるのであれば、待つ事は構わないので来店後に注文を受けていただきたい。

大好きなお店だっただけに非常に残念。
