3rd floor in the Esaka Heartland building. Quite busy at lunch time (filled up more around 12) even with a limited menu. In addition to the lunch menu there is a daily special. Today was yurinchi (Chinese fried chicken).

Reasonable price for the lunch set, around 900 yen (Mapo Dofu) with rice (free refill), salad, soup and desert.

The chili fried chicken was really good and I really like the peanuts in there which give it a nice crunch. It tasted great on top of the rice so I had to order another bowl.😅 The harusame salad and egg drop soup were like school lunch but still good as was the annin dofu. The chili chicken might be too hot for some, I found it nicely spicy but my wife had one mouthful and started hiccuping because it was too spicy 😅 the Mapo Dofu has the same 2 chili mark sonit might be too hot for some people.

In terms of Chinese food, this is the best you’re gonna get in Esaka. It’s more authentic Chinese (Szechuan) style rather than “Japanese” Chinese style, so you can expect the spicy dishes to be.. actually spicy.

2024.04.30 江坂の現場が終わるのでラストランチで3回目の訪問。

めちゃくちゃ迷って担々麺ランチを注文。 辛さは控えめピリっとほんのり辛いお味です。あっさり目なのでスープも飲み干したくなる感じでした。

ランチタイムの店員さん達のピリつき感はかなり激辛です笑笑 呼んでもなかなか来てくれない塩対応ですが、忙しくてキビキビ動かれてるのでマイルドに受け流しましょう笑

2024.04.26 2回目ランチ。 麻婆豆腐ランチをいただきました。 辛すぎず適度なピリ辛で美味しかった。 店員さんがランチの時は忙しそうでちょっと怖かったけど、お値段が手頃なので私的には全然アリです。 前回もついてた付け合わせの春雨のサラダの味付けが非常に好みでした！ 江坂での仕事が4月末までなので、最後もう一回ランチ行きます！
