ALSO ‼️i highly recommend getting the extra egg, it’s too good ☺️

鶏白湯ラーメン(兵庫但馬鶏丼セット)＋からあげ2個priceless@鶏白湯そば岸良(きしら) in 大阪府吹田市五月が丘北 【オープニングレセプション】 インスタのオススメ投稿で開店の旨を知り、大雨の中をJR岸辺駅から徒歩20分以上掛けて向かう。 ただで食事を頂ける事の、ハードルの高さを痛感😅 外待ち15人くらいのところに接続し、30分後に着席。 店内は厨房4名・ホール2名という布陣で、カウンター8席のみ。 間に合っていないのか、カバンを置くカゴや引っ掛けるフックはナシ。 席間にアクリル板は無く、入口・テーブルにもアルコール消毒が見当たらない。 はて？ スープは鶏白湯のみで、醤油・味噌・シビカラのバリエーションが3種。 サイドメニューは、但馬鶏丼・肉生姜めし・高菜ご飯とからあげ。 プロデュース関係にある（株）OMOの手法が随所に見られる。 『鹿児島産の鶏をメインに、少しの宮崎・大分の豚骨を強火で煮込んだ濃厚鶏豚スープに、国産醤油ダレのキレがうま味をアップデート。 1杯づつブレンダーで「強制乳化」する事で、コク増し。 麺はスープに負けないように、中太の特注麺で存在感。 チャーシューは兵庫但馬鶏の胸肉を使用。』 (手渡されたチラシより) ラーメンのトッピングは、鶏チャーシュー4枚・葱・三つ葉・アーリーレッドと半味玉。 これに小片のレモンが別添。 卓上にはエキゾチック酢・オレンジ酢・煮干酢・ピンクペッパーなど。 3種の酢はからあげのアクセント用のようだ。 但馬鶏丼はチャーシューの端っこを細切れしたものに、鮮やかなオレンジの卵黄が載る。 出汁醤油が掛けられ、少し旨みが強め。 車でないとなかなか行き辛い立地だが、退店時にも10名以上の外待ちが。 ご馳走様でした🙏
