Upon arrival, I immediately chanced upon out a takeaway stand from this local institution to sample their famous offerings. The pork buns were a delightful departure from the Hong Kong-style dim sum I'm more familiar with. The skin had a pleasant chewiness that provided a satisfying texture. Decided to try it before head into security. Did not take long to get a table. Good idea to decide early what you want to order as this is a busy place and often long line. The space is not very big.
