I was definitely disappointed in the staff at this restaurant today. Apparently there was a problem with the ordering system with the staff and we waited almost 40 minutes to receive all our items we ordered. The problem wasn't the wait but there was No emotional sorry for the inconvenience for the unfortunate moment. The staff didn't care to show no understanding the bad situation. Didn't care we waited that long did our meal. My family has frequently been to this location for dinner many times. The staff should be retrained and understand situations regardless of situation. 少し早めの昼食をと平日に来店、駐車場とドライブスルー有り、ブランチくらいの時間でしたが人は5組ほど、新しいのかお店は綺麗でした、居心地良かったです。

席についてタブレットで注文します。 松のやの安い朝定食のメニューラインナップはなく、松屋のメニューラインナップになってます。 同じ松のやなのにご飯はおかわりできるが、味噌汁はおかわりできません。 ただ松屋のメニュー頼んでも、松のやでもらえるサービス券は使えました。 提供された時にサービス券のコロッケ頼んで、出てくるのに10分くらいかかった。

私は420円の朝定食をいただきましたが、提供された目玉焼きウインナーとサラダが入ったおかずに髪の毛が入ってた、コロナで特に衛生面でうるさい時期なのに不衛生すぎます、値段もリーズナブルなので完璧は求めないが必要最低限のサービスをしてほしいものです、もう二度とこのお店に行くことはありません。
