ツーリングの予定が雨で流れ、しかし休みをとっていたので、評判の良い鰻屋さんを探し、調べたら予約した方が確実とのことで、前日に予約。1人1尾という予約の仕方で、時間は昼過ぎが取れた。時間より15分くらい前に着いたが入店できた。 鰻重の松（1尾分）と肝煮、うざくは注文できたが、うまきは注文できるかわからないというので、そこではまあいいかと流した。だいぶ後から来たお客さんは、うまきも注文できていたようだ。同じ松でもそちらの担当店員さんは、ご飯の量を聞いていた。大盛りとかできたのかな？。 肝煮は、小皿いっぱいに入り、2人で分けてこの量。美味しい。お酒が飲みたいところだがノンアルで我慢。うざくも美味しく頂いていると、鰻重登場。注文してから焼き出すとのこと。焼きたて。 肝吸い、漬物付きで、皮目はパリパリ感あり、肉厚で美味しい。山椒少し掛けようかと蓋を開けると香りがすごい。好みにもバッチリ合う美味しさで満足。 予約なしのお客さんが後から後から来られるも、予約のお客で時間が埋まっているので、待ち時間の長さを聞かれて諦めて帰っていく人も。平日の昼間だが、この人気なら予約必須だな。 また機会があれば、運転手...
