屋号からもわかる通り、最近少なくなってきた昭和の香り漂う純喫茶。 傍にあるパロマでナポリタンを食べた後には吸い込まれるように立ち寄ってしまう。 （失礼ながら）お茶目な名前と裏腹に本格的なコーヒーを淹れてくれるお店（だと思う）。 ここのコーヒーはどこか甘い。そして清らか？柔らか？上手い言葉が出てこないが爽やかな口当たり。 豆のメンテナンスが良いことが美味しさの秘密だと思うけれど、水も美味しいのかな。 何はともあれノスタルジックな内装の静かなお店でコーヒーをいただいていると時間が止まる気がする。 この感覚を味わうために、ぜひ立ち寄って時間を止めていただきたい。 近江今津駅から徒歩すぐのところにあるので...

以前から気になっていましたが、本日初めて訪問。入り口の漢字のメキシカン看板が昭和の時代を感じます。 店内も落ち着いており、女性二人で切り盛りされている古き良き喫茶店です。 壁にはお約束のコーヒーチケットがあります。 お昼前だったので、オムライス、ミニサラダ、ホットコーヒーのセット(千円) すごく落ち着く場所でしたので、また訪れたいと思います。
