Sapporo Ramen Kuruma-ya — Restaurant in Tamano

We decided for the miso ramen with pork topping, which cost us 950. The pork unfortunately had all the bite that the noodles were lacking - to put it plain: noodles & pork were overcooked (by a fair bit). The broth was mainly salty and lacking the full bodied umami flavor, so generally a disappointing experience.

Great and cheap food in an authentic japanese ramen shop. Great place to eat while waiting for the train or the ferry if you like ramen and gyoza. Don't look for seafood or meat.
