Some of the best pizza I have experienced. I have been to many fine wood fired pizza restaurants and this is (surprisingly) in the top for me.
Ordered Margherita and marinara pizza. Each pizza is made with love and dedication in front of you and brought out individuality once you have finished. Although this is not for everyone it allows you to appreciate each flavour individually, fresh from the oven . The sauce is rich and full bodied, the dough is soft yet toasted with a hint of charcoal.
Note, there is a ¥550 pp seating fee, it’s a small restaurant with limited seats. We came by at 7pm and needed to make a reservation for 8, so I recommend booking in advance if you want to go in peak dinner time.
Note, portions are not big but I would say this restaurant prioritise quality over quantity.
Note, the price is on the more expensive size for Japan but coming from Melbourne a pizza of this quality and uniqueness could easily cost 1.5x, so I think the price is reasonable. There is simply no comparison between this pizza and pizza from a chain restaurant, it’s a completely different league, so don’t expect the quality or price of a chain. The chef is a true artisan at work.

We ordered the wagyu raw ham, salad and the sweet potato with lard as starters and the sweet potato was deliciously interesting.
Then the main course, we ordered their special and marinara pizzas. They will not start baking the pizza until we finish up the starter.
For the special - there is this tinge of lemony taste on the first bite with a salty finish to its soft crust gave this amazing spectrum in taste! The marinara has this great aroma when it landed on our table! The taste was superb! That made us ordered their last pizza on the menu, the magherita! The cheese! Nice!
Despite their fairly simple menu with only 3 types of pizza on the menu as their mains, for us to have all the 3 full pizzas (with just the three of us) has proven that quality of food trumps varieties in the menu!
Truly recommend this place and advisable to make reservations. As we were lucky that there was an empty seat when we walked in. Then the restaurant is full with many patrons turned away!

Food was decent but the bad service ruined the entire experience. They charge 550 yen/ person as a table charge, without telling us. The menu is misleading because they said a bottle of wine is from 6000 yen, but they brought us something more expensive without telling us the price. In the end, we ended up paying more than we expected.
They also refused to bring all the dishes together despite us asking, because the owner wanted us to enjoy the pizza by itself without having any side dishes simultaneously. I think you should let the customer decide how and in what order to eat the food we order. Overall, the experience left a...
