Nakajima Taishodo — Restaurant in Tamba

丹波観光のついでに中島大祥堂さんへ。 大好きな丹波栗のお菓子がたくさん並んでいて、見ているだけで幸せになれました。

ショーケースの「栗のバスクチーズケーキ」がとても美味しそうで、次回は必ず食べたいと思います。今回はお土産に栗のお菓子をいくつか購入。どれも上品な甘さで、栗の風味がしっかり感じられて大満足でした。

今回初めて「丹波三宝（丹波栗・小豆・黒豆）」という言葉を知ったのですが、特に丹波栗は粒が大きく香り高いのが特徴で、昔から献上品にもされていたそう。改めて丹波の豊かさを感じられる素敵なお店でした。

During my trip to Tamba, I stopped by Nakajima Taishodo. As a big fan of Tamba chestnuts, just seeing so many chestnut sweets lined up made me happy.

The “Chestnut Basque Cheesecake” in the showcase looked absolutely delicious—I’ll definitely try it next time. This time, I bought a few chestnut sweets as souvenirs, and they all had a refined sweetness with a rich chestnut flavor. I was very satisfied.

I also learned for the first time about the phrase “Tamba’s Three Treasures” (Tamba chestnuts, azuki beans, and black soybeans). Among them, Tamba chestnuts are especially famous for their large size, rich aroma, and natural sweetness, and were even presented as offerings in the past. Visiting this shop made me truly appreciate the richness...

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing; a great place to sit with friends and chat over dessert. I can only imagine how nice the garden looks in warmer months. The desserts were good, but we thought some were better than others. We were all happy with the decision to order the assorted plate so we could try many...

「かやぶき」を以前食べて、とっても美味しかったので通りかかった時に寄ってみることにしました。オープン11時ちょうどだったので、予約の方を通された後でもすんなり席に座れました。

せっかくなので、絞りのモンブランを。スタッフさんにお声がけいただいて、絞るところをライブで見せてもらえます。

しぼりたてモンブラン 2,750円 丹波栗とショコラ 715円

モンブランは確かにしっとりしていて、栗そのものを食べてるようなほっこりした味わい。おいしい！ただ、大きい！笑 ハーフサイズがあればいいのにな。丹波栗を使っているからか、全体的にお高め設定です。

残念だったのは、コーヒーも紅茶もぬるい。 そして、カップがなぁ…重い。店内がステキな空間だっただけに。食後の飲み物ならまだしも、カフェ利用ではいただけないです。カップ温めるとか、工夫できるのでは？と思いました。せっかくタカムラコーヒーとウーフをチョイスしてるのにもったいない！
