Izuki Inagi — Restaurant in Tateyama

ブランドうなぎという【坂東太郎】を使った【月】定食をオーダーしました。 うなぎはふわふわで美味しいです。土地柄なのか？タレの甘味が控えめでさらっと。塩分やや強いかなというところで正直好みだと思います。 私は物足りなく感じました。もう少し甘みを感じる方が好きです。

定食は刺身と小鉢がつくそうですが、刺身が似たような味の二種で、まぁうなぎ屋さんだからな…とは思いますが立地的にもう少しこだわってくれると嬉しい。

店内きれいで席も広め。ご年配の方のご来店が目立ちます。 接客はしっかりしてる方と、あまりよくない方がいて…悪気はないんでしょうがこのお店・客層だったらもう少し丁寧な接客に力を入れた方がいいかなと思いました。 残念ながらお客さんの方が気を遣っているように見えたので。

I ordered the ‘Tsuki’ set meal, which uses the premium eel brand ‘Bando Taro.’ The eel was fluffy and delicious. Maybe it’s the local style, but the sauce was a bit less sweet and a little saltier than I prefer, which I think comes down to personal taste. I found it a bit lacking, as I prefer a bit more sweetness.

The set meal comes with sashimi and a small dish, but the sashimi was two kinds of tuna. While I understand this is an eel restaurant, I would have appreciated more attention to local fish, given the location. Serving two types of tuna lowers the satisfaction for me, so I think it might be better to leave out the sashimi altogether.

The interior is clean, and the seating is spacious. The restaurant seems to attract an older clientele. The service was mixed—some staff were attentive, while others were not as good. I don’t think it was intentional, but given the type of establishment and the customer base, I feel like the service could be more polished. 2度目の訪問 今回は、火曜の昼間11時半頃、土用の丑の日を前に一足早く美味しい鰻でも食べながらお酒も飲もうかと猛暑の中40分かけて歩いて一人で訪問。 座敷席の隅のテーブルに座らせてもらう 落ち着いた雰囲気の店内で居心地がとても良い雰囲気です。 早速、ビールと肝焼きでもと思ったがあいにく肝焼きも焼き鳥も品切れとのことなので 代わりに骨せんべいと鯨のタレ、それから鰻の白焼の梅を注文。 どれもとても美味しくビールがどんどん進み続いて白ワインのハーフボトルも注文、 続いてスパークリングワインのハーフボトルと締めのうな重・月(坂東太郎と言うブランド鰻らしい)を追加注文。 鰻重は文句無しの美味しさでした。 料理はどれもとても美味しいしスタッフさんの気配りも良くて最高のランチ＆昼飲みが出来ました。 すっかり良い気分になり猛暑なので帰りはタクシーを呼んでもらい無事帰れました。 ごちそうさまでし...
