所沢駅東口から徒歩3〜4分のところにあるぎょうざの満州です。周辺はこの店以外にもレストランや居酒屋が数件ありますが、比較的閑静な住宅街であるため数そのものは多くありません。それにもかかわらず、他のレストランと比較するとこのレストランの利用者はとても多く、特に夕食時間帯は連日のように混雑し、店内で飲食する際にも外で待たなければならない程です。 そのような状況下であるからか、スタッフは一様に忙しなく、接客対応や給仕される料理の質にも直接影響してきます。盛り付けが雑の場合があったり、あるいはあまり火が通っていないか、火が通り過ぎて味も食感もあまりよくない料理が給仕されることも時々見受けられます。それらはテイクアウトや出前の料理にも見受けられます。昼食や夕食の時間帯真っ只中を避ければ、他のぎょうざの満州でも見られるような平均的なクオリティの料理を堪能できるので、余裕をもって食事を楽しむならば、それらの時間帯を避けて利用した方がいいかもしれません。

This branch of Gyoza no Manshu is located a 3 - 4 minute walk from the east exit of Tokorozawa Station. While there are a few other restaurants and izakayas nearby, the area is primarily a quiet residential neighborhood with a limited number of dining options. Despite this, this particular restaurant attracts significantly more customers compared to others in the vicinity. Especially during dinner hours, it's consistently crowded, often requiring customers to wait outside before being seated. Due to the constant high demand, the staff appears to be perpetually busy, which inevitably affects both service quality and food preparation. There are instances where the presentation is somewhat sloppy, or the food is either undercooked or overcooked, compromising both taste and texture. These inconsistencies are occasionally noticeable even in takeout and delivery orders. However, if you avoid peak lunch and dinner hours, you are more likely to enjoy food of the standard quality expected at other Gyoza no Manshu locations. 9月にリニューアルしたということで初めて訪れてみました。 期間限定の油淋鶏の定食を頼みました。

優しい味わいと言われれば そうかもしれませんが 薄めの味付け。、？という印象のほうが強いかも‥

ちょっとだけ味に物足りなさを感じてしまいました

想像していた油淋鶏とは少し違いましたが リーズナブルさが売りなのかなと思うので それなりの印象を受けました。

スマホ注文に対応していて大変便利でした。 注文履歴を確認する項目はあるものの きちんと注文できてるのかどうか不安になるので ハッキリとした通知のようなもの？があれば 尚良いとおもいます

まあお店内のURLなので 間違い等は無いだろうとは思いますけれど;。

いつも混んでいて入りづらさがありましたが 遅めのランチくらいの時間帯だと 空いていて良いです。
