EmiTerrace Tokorozawa — Local services in Tokorozawa

At 9pm, all stores starts to close, which is normal. The department store stays open until 11pm because of the supermarket which is open till then.

Stupid thing is, elevators and escalators in the building starts being turned of randomly here and there at 9pm with employees blocking the escalators with do not enter signs. EVERYONE WAS RUNNING AROUND LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GET BACK TO THE PARKING AREA LIKE MANIACS!!

And on top of that, the parking was supposed to be 3 hours free if you spend more than 3000jpy, but believe it or NOT THE INFORMATION COUNTER THAT DOES THE FREE PARKING CALCULATION OF SPENT AMOUNT, CLOSES AT 9PM SHARP !! After shopping so much, I still had to pay for the parking !!

Dumbass management and I will not be going here again,. Eventhough I live just 10 minutes away!! DISSAPOINTED !!!!

Really amazing brand new shopping mall in Tokorozawa! There is a gigantic food court on the ground level with tons of unique seating areas, a supermarket, and other stores to buy foods and desserts. There is also a spacious seating area near the restaurants on the 4th floor, with a toddler only area, and a large outdoor deck with a nice view of the surrounding area. It seems very family oriented, and aimed for middle class shoppers. There are no luxury brands or fancy restaurants here. There is plenty of parking and the mall interior is very well designed, too. Emi Terrace! Most of the shops there are really good, there's a lot shopping to do like Tutu ann H & M, LEVIS, and an Imax! Even a supermarket sumit.. because it's new. There's a lot of people going in and out every day thus far. But... Today we went there for a spot of shopping and a bite to eat, subway!! After 40 odd minutes the staff said the bread roll had ran out! WHAT?? THAT'S UNBELIEVABLE... we had been waiting patiently, getting hungrier. They knew the amount of customers!!
