Quantity: Good portion size, unlimited raw eggs on the table for your dining pleasure. My small ramen comes with two pieces of fatty pork about the size of the ¥1000 size note. Taste: This shoyu-heavy (Cha-kei) Tokushima ramen has a rich, sticky sensation that I enjoy. More so if you crack a raw egg into the steaming hot broth. Price: ¥850 for the small チャーシュー ramen. I exited the shop with my shirt smelling of frying oil.

Good ramen, but it’s a little heavy. It’s the style, so I can’t fault it. The fried rice is very good though! The free eggs are nice to have. The large meat ramen was ¥800 and the half-size fried rice was ¥300.

3/19 夕方７時頃来店。茶髪のヤンキー風の元気なお姉さんが迎えてくれました。既にオーダー決まってたので着席と同時にオーダー。こちらはオーダー伝えたがお姉さんせっかちで無言で立ち去っていく。オーダー通ったの？何軒もラーメン屋通ったけどこんな店員さん初めてだわ。少々心細かったけどしばらくして着丼。ラーメンと半チャーハン来たけど餃子が来ない。「餃子は？」と訪ねると「私、聞いてませんけど」と先に切れられる。ヤンキー風でなくヤンキーでしたわ。そりゃお姉さん、こっちが一生懸命伝えてるのに立ち去っていくんやもん。オーダー復唱とまでは言わんけど、せめて伝票置いていく時は注文揃ってるか確認しませんか？俺、なんか悪いことしました？きっと他の方々がレビューされてるのと同じお姉さんなんやろね。徳島ラーメンというブランド品を外国人の方に作らせたらそれは何ラーメンなの？とも思うけど、なんぼ人手不足でもああいう人やとわな回らんのかな？こっちはお金払って美味しいもん食べに来たので残念でした。腸煮えくり返って味なんか分からへん。オーナーさん、ここのラーメン、割と気に入ってたんやで。なんとかしてよ。

A hearty meal of ramen in soy sauce and pork based soup, true to traditional Tokushima culture. I got the 肉ラーメン, large size for a big eater, and it was only ￥850. You get complementary raw eggs (safe) to add to your ramen. Some green onion and bamboo shoot, along with a huge pile of sauteed fatty pork slices. Recommended for those wanting to try...
