オープン当初から通っているお店。 恐らく亭主は板前出身だと思いますが 明らかにメインでは無い「魚介豚骨らーめん」 も出汁の甘味が出ています。 個人的に楽しみにしている夏限定の「とうもろこし」や「ピース(えんどうまめ)」の冷やしらーめんと和食のすりながしを連想させる品々とご飯物は白米、山椒雑魚ごはんのみと多分そうなんだと思います。 麺はメインの「生しょうゆらーめん」はじめ、 自家製麺で魚介豚骨などは太麺も選べます。 どれを食べても美味しくバランス良いです、 魚介豚骨ラーメンを食べても臭みが無く甘みが引き立っているのは特筆すべき点だと思います。

ちゃんと修行された方のらーめん どれも安心して美味しく召し上がれると思います。

店内のBGMはコルトレーンなどジャズ中心 学生が多い街なので自家製麺でも大盛無料と言う粋なサービスも素敵なお店です。

９月　冷やしらーめん 一見、日本料理の様な具の数々の冷やしらーめん。 丸十は檸檬煮、椎茸は甘く炊いて、茄子は鹿の子 胡瓜は塩揉みで食感良く、蓮根、白髪葱、茗荷。 さり気ない振り柚子で涼味を感じました。 通常のらーめんの具のチャーシュー、メンマ、海苔。温玉も加わり見た目も写真に収まらない程、豪華。 スープも、と言うより出汁が美味しいと言いたくなります。振り柚子だったり、味玉があるのにも関わらず温玉を仕込んで提供してくれるのも嬉しいですね。 初夏のもろこしの冷やしらーめん同様、食欲が無い時でも美味しくいただけます。 冷やしらーめんは「しょうゆ」「塩」から選べます。

My favourite ramen restaurant in the area. Rich soup, types of char siu: shoulder and belly. The shoulder char siu is pink. Both are tender, fatty and flavourful. The noodle cross section is square so the mouth feel is fantastic. The onsen egg tastes rich and the egg yolk is runny, not soft boil. (2021/5/23 再訪) 緊急事態宣言中の日曜日12時過ぎに訪問。 店内満席で、店外グランド側で待機の方3名でした。お休みなので2人やご家族が多かったです。

15分程度で入店でき、結局いつもの魚介豚骨ラーメンオールスターの大盛（無料）に。 待つこと7-8分で着丼。 うおおー、いつもの綺麗に盛り付けられビジュアルも良し。お味は濃いめの魚介豚骨でいつも通りの美味さでした。

カウンターのみでアクリル板の仕切りはありませんが、比較的隣とも空いており手指消毒もあり安心して食事できる環境です。
