自宅最寄り駅、つつじヶ丘のお店です。訪問するのは４回目ぐらいかな。もう一つの最寄り駅、柴崎のインド料理店をこの前久しぶりに投稿したので、コチラも忘れずにね(っ˶'ω'˶c)
以前と変わらず、ネパール人のご夫婦と、シェフ、三人体制。奥様は変わらず美人さん(*´-`) 口頭注文後払い。座席間隔が狭いのがちょっと難点かな(^_^;)

内容は、野菜カレー又は豆カレー、ナン又はライス、サラダ、ドリンク。豆カレーを辛口、ナン、マンゴーラッシーでお願いしました。テイクアウトを除いて一番お安いセットですが、暑くて食欲もないので、豆カレーは丁度良い感じ。ナンはバスケットに入って提供。辛さ、スパイスもベスト(o^-')b !

新宿から急行や快速で20分ほどの、つつじヶ丘。どこにでもある都内のベッドタウンですが、駅周辺にインド料理屋さんが３軒もあります(^^) CoCo壱を入れると４軒。その内、もっとも古く、安定しているお店が、こちら「エベレストキッチン」さんです。
お盆休みに入る直前の平日、開店と同時の11時に久しぶりにおじゃましました。先客無し、後客２名。厨房は１人、ホール担当が２人。可愛い系の、ネパール美人奥様と、旦那様。ヒマラヤの麓ポカラ出身だそうです。最近、立川に支店をオープンされたようです。応援してまっせ( /^ω^)/♪♪
◆本日の注文◆ エベレストスペシャルセット 1150円 チーズナンに変更 250円
エベレストスペシャルセットと、通常のナンではなく、チーズナン(ランチ価格で通常500円が半額の250円)を頂きました。
セット内容は、カレー２種、サグマトン(ほうれん草と羊)とダルチキン(豆と鶏)を選択。激辛でお願いしました。タンドリーチキン、シークカバブ、サラダ。ソフトドリンクはラッシーを選択。
写真を撮らせてもらったり、ネパールの話しをしたりと、10分ほどで笑顔が可愛い奥様からご提供♪ \(^ω^\ )
カレーは激辛とは言っても、ネパールやインド基準なので、そこまで辛くないです。タンドリーチキンはしっかりヨーグルトに漬け込んでジューシーに焼き上がっています。シークカバブはスパイシーさが良い感じ。
