ガスト 板橋坂下店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

My husband and I were with our couple friends together, four of us went to had fun at “Round 1” for 3 hours, we decided to have lunch here afterwards.

It was around 2.30pm already, the restaurant was full and there were 4 groups of people waiting before us. Luckily we didn’t have to wait for too long, around 15 minutes, we got seated.

We ordered drink bar, beers, salad, spinach, chicken, deep fried chicken, steak and hamburg steak, also a pizza for sharing. The pizza was good. I had the chicken with spinach and mushrooms, they tasted good with the mushroom sauce, but the portion of the mushroom sauce is not enough at all. All of the food was good and normal, nothing too special.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of food choices and is good food. If you want a pizza, hamburger, soup, steak, Japanese food or just about anything they probably have it. Also, the food comes out very fast, is a good portion and tastes very good. Lastly, the desserts are very good and a nice size and selection. I would recommend this restaurant and enjoyed...

レジに「個別会計は店員をお呼びください」と記載があったので、お願いしますと声を掛けたところ、高齢っぽい小柄の男性店員に高圧的な態度で「今人が足りないんです💢分かりません？個別会計忙して出来ません💢」っとキレられました(笑) 店の人が足りないなんて客側は知らないよ。 そんなん本部に文句言ってくれます？ 他にも何人か店員居ましたよね？

個別会計は店員を呼べってレジに書いてあったから呼んだのにキレ気味に言われる意味。 レジって1人しか対応出来ないんですか？ 他にも何人か居ましたよね？ 最初に声掛けたのも高齢男性では無く、その時点で若い男性2人居ました。 人が足りないんじゃなく教育不足なんでは？

自分の能力不足を何で客に当たられないといけないんだ。 非常に不快な方でした。 初めから大東文化の所のガストに行けば良かったと後悔。

後、猫型配膳ロボット…わちゃわちゃし過ぎ。 ディナーの時間に行ったから客が沢山居るのは仕方ないし、提供が遅いのは仕方ない。 けど、猫同士が俺通る俺通るみたいに道塞いでドリンクバーに中々行けないの笑う。

あ、料理とても美味しかったです。 安定のガストの味。好き。
