ザイカ カレ東武練馬店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

I ordered food through their delivery service. I was notified that the food was going to come in 20 min but ended up waiting for 1.5 hours. It was my dinner time and I was very hungry. Since the delivery did not come on time, I called them 4 times and they told me to wait 10 min every time. I kept waiting and waiting until I finally received the food.

I went back to my room and started to eat the food. Then I realized that one food I ordered was missing. I called them again and they told me that they would bring it to me at 8 pm next day. However, they forgot about this promise and again the delivery did not come on time. While writing this, 30 min already passed since the promised time.

The food itself is good but the service I must say is unreliable and I do not trust them for delivering a good service to...

Update 久々にランチで行ったが、店員にやる気が無い、客が全然入っていない、カレーが薄い、写真と違ってハーフナンが出てくるといった感じで、もう行く事は無いと思われる。

テイクアウトで、やたら出来るのが早いと思って、食べてみたら、どうやらレンジでチンしたナンとカレーだったみたいでした。 当然美味しくはない。 そういう事をすると信用を失くすのになー。 もう無理かも。

ナンは写真と違ってハーフナンが出てきます。 その時点でメニューに偽り有りなのですが、おかわり一回無料なので、最初から大きいナンにして欲しいと頼みましたが出来ないと言われました⁉︎ 全く理屈が通らないネパール人の女の店員が嘘を言い張って、写真と同じものを出しているとか、9月からハーフナンに変えるとか、残されるのが嫌だなどと訳が分からない事を言い続けて、自分が間違っていることを認めない。 明らかに間違いを言っているのに自説を曲げないのは、日本人が大人しいと思って舐めているのだろう ただでさえ客の少ない店なのに、客と口論してばかり。 男性のお店の人たちは良い人なのに… 二度と行く気はしない。...
